Ofcourse we want you to be happy about our products and services. We will do whatever we can to turn your complaint into a compliment.
If you have anything you're not satisfied with let us know so we can improve our services to give you a better shopping experience in the future.
If you believe that you haven't been treated correctly by our Pinup Vintage staff, or if you're not satisfied about the way we handled your purchase at our store,
or if you believe that your complaint hasn't been handled the way you think it should, please let us know by e-mail or regular mail.
In many cases we will find a solution that works for both parties.
Our strong belief is that a happy customer will generate more happy customers, so your satisfaction means really a lot to us.
What to do if you have a complaint:
1.) You can always send us your complaint by means of the contactform on the "contact" page of this shop.
We will try to review your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible. At the most it might take 14 days for us to reply, but most of the time is much, much quicker.
2) You can write a letter to us explaining your complaint. You can send it to:

Please tell us the purchase number (you can find it in the confirmation e-mail of the placed order) if the complaint is about a purchase.
3) Another option is contacting the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via their website: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
